Creating a non-judgmental, empowering and trusting relationship between us is at the heart of my work, where you can expect a kind and confidential space to explore a range of issues. I consider this so valuable to our wellbeing as this space can be difficult to find in our lives. It also enables us to voice and express ourselves, as well as explore some of our greatest difficulties and questions.
I believe there is no single approach which suits everyone, therefore combine different therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs. Our sessions may involve elements of person-centered, existential, psychodynamic, transpersonal and cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as coaching and mindfulness. I am not a fixer and do not have all the answers, but I will listen to you, support you, respect and empower you. I take a holistic approach, welcoming all aspects of your life into the room. I believe this supports balance, growth and change as we often invest a lot of time and energy into one area without the other, which can leave us feeling dissatisfied and disconnected. I also incorporate and offer mindfulness techniques, self-healing exercises, podcasts and helpful reading into my work with clients if this is something you like.
